The Beltraide team, along with Mr. Tremett Perriott have developed a customer service program that allows implementation as both customer and service provider. The information shared by Mr. Perriott has prompted me to take more pride in my customer service, as well as being a more mindful customer myself. A point that stuck with me was the fact that you may not always be able to immediately resolve a customer’s issue, but by simply offering your plan of action to address their problem, it can often be comforting to a disgruntled customer.
