I’ve done a couple of training over the years, but none was like the BTEC training. Before enrolling myself to participate in this event I was at rock bottom figuring out how I would move forward in my life. I searched for jobs, but all opportunities required computer knowledge. At that time, I didn’t have the skills or call center experience.
I was unsure whether the training would provide any help with all the information and teaching needed. This training definitely taught me to be more open when facing challenging situations with customers and with real life dilemma. All in all, the training was phenomenal, I definitely had a great time learning and interacting with my colleagues and teachers.
Ms. Marcelli Richards and Ms. Angie teaching is simple, yet detailed, and I love the huge number of examples in this training. Throughout the weeks of training, I gained the capacity of how to type within a period of time. Not only was I good at typing I was learning how to approach the person on the phone and feeling confident.
At the end of the training, I was thankful for being recognized by a call center company named Ariston Marketing. They offered me a job position on the spot, and I accepted to be a customer service representative.
Thank you BTEC, I’m super grateful for this training. They surely did a fantastic job at the training. Not only did I excel high scores at this training, but I also got the opportunity to receive a job on the spot. I will definitely recommend anyone to participate in these trainings offered by BTEC; they are very helpful and highly outstanding with their work.
