Nancy Castillo is a dedicated and driven Client Management Officer at the Small Business Development Centre Belize (SBDCBelize), bringing over six years of experience in client relations and business support services. As the initial point of contact for aspiring and established entrepreneurs, she guides them through SBDCBelize’s advisory and training services.

In her role, she manages client intake and follow-up, maintains detailed data systems, and ensures seamless coordination between clients and business advisors. She also plays a central role in organizing business development workshops, coordinating national outreach efforts, and supporting the implementation of capacity-building programs across Belize.

Nancy’s commitment to professional development is demonstrated through her completion of specialized training, including a certificate in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Systems (MEALS) and a certificate in the Production and Analysis of MSME Information. These achievements enhance her ability to deliver data-driven, results-oriented support to Belize’s business community.
