I currently serve as a Business Advisor at BELTRAIDE. I have over six years of experience working in business development, with over two years of being part of the BELTRAIDE team, and a strong focus on supporting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises across Belize. I hold an Associate Degree in Business Management with Majors in Economics and have completed several specialized courses and certifications in areas such as entrepreneurship development, customer service, and many others.

Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with businesses in a wide range of industries, including retail, agriculture, manufacturing, tourism, and services industry. I am currently assigned to the Western region of Belize, where I work closely with business owners to provide one-on-one advisory support, facilitate training sessions, and help them connect with key resources and opportunities. Some of my key career milestones include ILO Certification in Entrepreneur Training, helping clients successfully access grant funding, and building partnerships with crucial support organizations to expand the reach of our business support services.
