Mr. Perriott has been in education, teaching at all levels and demographics for the past 20 years in Belize. He holds a master’s degree in Adult Learning from the Walden University,
Minnesota, USA. He has been involved with the development of the performing arts industry in the Belize specifically music and drama as well as youth basketball throughout the last two
and a half decade.

His desire to help build and train the people of Belize has continued through his tenure as a training facilitator of the Belize Training and Employment Center (BTEC). This opportunity has given him the platform to continue helping and being a positive part of the country’s human resources growth by facilitating training for professionals in team building, communication skills, self-leadership, emotional intelligence among other key interpersonal skills.
