I am an experienced Training Coordinator and Facilitator with 9 years of firsthand knowledge in initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring over 70+ training programs for the Belize Training and Employment Centre, BTEC, a unit of BELTRAIDE. I hold a master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the National Central University of Taiwan.

Throughout my career I have become certified in Businesswomen Leadership, Guest Service Gold trainer, Hospitality department Trainer, Communicating with tact, diplomacy, and creativity among other key areas in soft skills. Seeing a training program through to completion is one of my key strengths and being able to enrich the lives of Belizeans, by developing efficient and committed workforce professionals, who can achieve maximum productivity, is a major motivational factor.
