among Belizeans. She takes pride in designing job preparedness training programs and organizing professional development workshops aimed at equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed in the workforce.

With three years of dedicated service to workforce development in Belize, Sarita has meticulously planned and managed 20 training programs tailored to enhance employee skills across various industries, including hospitality, business process outsourcing, tourism, and services. Her strategic initiatives and hands-on approach have contributed significantly to the growth and prosperity of Belize’s workforce, making her a specialist in the field of training and employment development.
