Testimonials
Zyzilia Copo’s Testimonial
I’ve done a couple of training over the years, but none was like the BTEC training. Before enrolling myself to participate in this event I was at rock bottom figuring out how I would move forward in my life. I searched for jobs, but all opportunities required computer knowledge. At that time, I didn’t have the skills or call center experience.
I was unsure whether the training would provide any help with all the information and teaching needed. This training definitely taught me to be more open when facing challenging situations with customers and with real life dilemma. All in all, the training was phenomenal, I definitely had a great time learning and interacting with my colleagues and teachers.
Ms. Marcelli Richards and Ms. Angie teaching is simple, yet detailed, and I love the huge number of examples in this training. Throughout the weeks of training, I gained the capacity of how to type within a period of time. Not only was I good at typing I was learning how to approach the person on the phone and feeling confident.
At the end of the training, I was thankful for being recognized by a call center company named Ariston Marketing. They offered me a job position on the spot, and I accepted to be a customer service representative.
Thank you BTEC, I’m super grateful for this training. They surely did a fantastic job at the training. Not only did I excel high scores at this training, but I also got the opportunity to receive a job on the spot. I will definitely recommend anyone to participate in these trainings offered by BTEC; they are very helpful and highly outstanding with their work.
Mary Cruz’s Testimonial
Attending BTEC’s Records Management Training was truly eye-opening. I’m Mary Cruz from Sarteneja Village, serving as the Administrative Assistant at the Sarteneja Alliance for Conservation and Development.
This training helped me understand the power of organized systems. With the right tools and structure, records management can boost efficiency, support transparency, and help any organization thrive. Since applying what I’ve learned, our office environment has become more structured and productive, making it easier to access information, meet deadlines, and maintain accountability. I now feel more equipped and confident to manage information in a way that supports both growth and sustainability.
KHMH’s Testimonial
The KHMH Family is proud to have participated in the Supervisory Management Sessions hosted by BELTRAIDE. Before the training, our supervisors and managers were doing their best in a demanding healthcare environment but faced challenges in team management, communication, and leadership confidence. This training came at the perfect time, offering practical tools and strategies to help us lead more effectively.
We especially enjoyed the interactive sessions, real-life examples, and the focus on emotional intelligence and leadership styles. The facilitator’s engaging approach made learning enjoyable and relatable. Since the training, there’s been a noticeable improvement in team morale, communication, and overall management confidence. Our leaders are more equipped, motivated, and aligned with our mission to deliver quality care.
We encourage any organization seeking to enhance leadership capacity and workplace culture to consider this training. It is a valuable investment in both people and performance.
Cheri Stephenson’s Testimonial
Before I joined my first training at BTEC, I was unemployed, had no work experience, and was a full-time mother of two. It was a challenging time in my life. I was constantly filling out job applications, just hoping for a response, a chance, anything.
Then I heard about BTEC’s Home Caregiver training and decided to give it a try. That decision changed everything. During the training, I learned so much, CPR, people skills, and practical caregiving techniques that are truly essential for anyone entering the workforce or just looking to grow professionally.
Because I had the Caregiving Certificate, I was able to branch off and later obtain a Paraprofessional Certificate, which taught me how to work with individuals who are neurodiverse or have special education needs. That additional knowledge helped me grow even more and opened new doors I didn’t think were possible before.
Becoming a caregiver was the first real step in my career journey, and thanks to the skills I gained and the support I received through BTEC, it’s been a successful one. Since then, I’ve taken part in other trainings that has built on that foundation, and I’m proud to say that I now carry myself as a true professional.
If you ever get the opportunity to take a BTEC training don’t think twice. These trainings are not only educational and impactful, but they’re also welcoming and full of encouragement. I made amazing friends during my time there, we lifted each other up, motivated one another, and shared in each other’s growth.
And yes, BTEC even helped me find job opportunities. If you’re unemployed or just looking to improve your skills, they’re there to support and refer you. That one decision to take a chance on myself was the beginning of everything.
Reimers Feed Mill – Testimonial
We recently had the opportunity to partner with BTEC for staff development sessions. The sessions focused on Effective Communication and Building a Positive Work Culture, two areas that are essential for any thriving team.
Led by the dynamic duo, Angelita Staine and Marcelli Richards, the training was engaging, practical, and full of real-world insight. Their energy, professionalism, and ability to connect with our team made the learning environment both enjoyable and productive.
One standout aspect of the training is that BTEC provides each participant with a certificate of completion. Receiving this certificate gave our team members a genuine sense of accomplishment and pride. It validated their participation and served as a tangible reminder of their growth and commitment to professional development.
Our staff walked away feeling empowered, more self-aware, and better equipped to communicate and collaborate effectively.
I recommend BTEC Training for organizations serious about building strong, positive teams.
Koby Mayen’s Testimonial
The Beltraide team, along with Mr. Tremett Perriott have developed a customer service program that allows implementation as both customer and service provider. The information shared by Mr. Perriott has prompted me to take more pride in my customer service, as well as being a more mindful customer myself. A point that stuck with me was the fact that you may not always be able to immediately resolve a customer’s issue, but by simply offering your plan of action to address their problem, it can often be comforting to a disgruntled customer.
