Saul holds a Master’s Degree in Quality, Environment and Safety in Construction Settings from STRUCTURALIA, in Spain; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resource Management from the University of Belize. He has years of experience in engaging and training farmers in the North of Belize in sustainable agricultural practices. Saul possesses a vast set of skills in many industries of work in Belize which have allows him to effectively adapt to different methods of training with the use of examples to enhance his delivery when conducting capacity buildings in many areas.

Growing up in a household with a teacher (mother) and an agriculture technical officer (father) he developed training and teaching techniques that now allow him to understand his audience and how to deliver any material in an approachable yet firm way. He enjoys actively being a part of constructive discussions for the betterment of Belize in any sector as he can easily read the room to be part of the discussion. BTEC is the right place for him to fully utilize and apply his skills and share them with others.
