Contribute to the success of Belize’s entrepreneurs by maintaining efficient office operations and leading communication efforts that promote micro, small, medium enterprise (MSME) growth and visibility.
💼Office Administration & Support:
- Manage the front office as the first point of contact
- Handling customer service, telephone inquiries, and all correspondence
- Handling petty cash, training fees
- Implementing and updating all administrative policy manuals and SOPs
- Providing comprehensive support to the Manager (scheduling, travel, budgets).
- Strict confidentiality of all records is mandatory and assist with the initial screening and data entry of clients into the CRM system (Neoserra).
- Marketing & Communications

- Actively promote the centre by managing its digital presence (social media, mass mailing) and leading event coordination (training, meetings, outreach).
- Contribute to promotion and recruitment efforts to meet revenue goals
- Assist the Marketing Unit by producing and updating print materials while ensuring strict brand adherence.
🎓Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience and / or training
- Certificate in File Management
