Enhance BTEC’s impact by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and actively promoting the unit’s training programs, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

💼Office Administration & Support:

  • Manage the front office as the first point of contact
  • Handling customer service, telephone inquiries, and all correspondence
  • Handling petty cash, training fees
  • Providing comprehensive support to the Manager (scheduling, travel, budgets).
  • Strict confidentiality of all records is mandatory.
  • Marketing & Communications:
    • Actively promote the centre by managing its digital presence (social media, website, mass mailing) and leading event coordination (training, meetings, outreach).
    • Contribute to promotion and recruitment efforts to meet revenue goals
    • Assist the Marketing Unit by producing and updating print materials while ensuring strict brand adherence.

🎓Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year in business support with experience in working with the online communications
  • Certificate in File Management
