Key Responsibilities:
💼Office Administration & Support:
- Manage the front office as the first point of contact
- Handling customer service, telephone inquiries, and all correspondence
- Handling petty cash, training fees
- Providing comprehensive support to the Manager (scheduling, travel, budgets).
- Strict confidentiality of all records is mandatory.
- Marketing & Communications:
- Actively promote the centre by managing its digital presence (social media, website, mass mailing) and leading event coordination (training, meetings, outreach).
- Contribute to promotion and recruitment efforts to meet revenue goals
- Assist the Marketing Unit by producing and updating print materials while ensuring strict brand adherence.
🎓Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year in business support with experience in working with the online communications
- Certificate in File Management
